Reggae Venues
How can I learn to dance? Specifically, how can I get the rhythm?

I want to be comfortable enough to dance in when I leave the club. I know I am attractive, but I trust the dance floor. If I'm out there, usually after several drinks. What can I do? (That usually go to places where Hip Hop, R & B, reggae is played)

Rhythm can be self-taught, but needs to learn to relax before doing anything else. At home, I'm sure that listening to music so now just set close my eyes, really get into the music. No dance was just there and start feeling music. Once you can block everything else, but the music and then get up before dancing up and listen. When you are comfortable with that, then start moving to music, there are certain steps that you would see in a club for single movement can really feel the music. Then start making some steps you've seen other people do. No matter how you look because you are not a club yet. Practice until you feel comfortable, but not in practice against the mirror yet. Now your list, feel the music, movement is easier and you are practicing some steps that you have seen other people do. No go in front of the mirror, but do not judge what you see. When your ready to go to the club and go to the dance floor as if you are standing alone in front of the mirror, feeling the music and dance.
